By using this website or purchasing any products or services offered through GoMarloth Bush Escapes, you agree that any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of this website, its services, or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008) or any other applicable South African legislation.

Where GoMarloth facilitates bookings or services provided by independent accommodation providers or activity operators, those providers remain responsible for the delivery of their respective services. Any disputes relating specifically to the provision of those services may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
